Ghazi Taimoor

Ghazi Taimoor is the CEO of The Learning Group, working at the intersection of management consulting, organizational strategy, and executive leadership development. Educated at the University of Warwick and Harvard University (Ed.M.), and qualified as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant, his work is shaped by years inside top-tier corporate and advisory environments in London. Grounded in this dual foundation of analytical rigor and educational design, he collaborates with leadership teams to solve complex organizational challenges and move institutions from strategy to execution.

Global Strategic Experience & Executive Advisory

Ghazi’s consulting foundation was built at KPMG London as Learning and Development Lead, where he curated capability-building frameworks for global teams to international standards.

His project portfolio spans high-stakes transformation and strategy initiatives in both the private and public sectors. In the UK, he worked on major organizational programs for British Gas, the NHS, and the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), as well as municipal initiatives for the Mayor of Indianapolis. Internationally, he contributed to education and organizational strategy frameworks with the Ministry of Education in Liberia and has worked alongside national non-profits in Tanzania.

Today, Ghazi advises leading multinationals and corporate clients on strategy, organizational alignment, and workforce capability. His engagement portfolio includes Engro, Descon, Master Group, K-Electric, Coca-Cola, Telenor, Zong, PakWheels, Alethea AI, Arbisoft, and Aga Khan University (AKU), and many others.

Academic Leadership, Digital Reach & Cultural Voice

Ghazi serves as adjunct faculty at LUMS, teaching Strategy, Design Thinking, and Entrepreneurship. He played a key role in developing and launching the Executive M.Phil in Education Leadership and Management and served as the founding Head of Professional Education at the LUMS School of Education. His early work earned the Education Entrepreneurship Award from the Harvard Innovation Lab for developing creative, high-impact educational solutions.

A three-time TEDx speaker across London, Lahore, and Karachi, Ghazi leverages a multi-platform digital community of over 150,000 followers to spark dialogue on modern leadership, workplace culture, and regional identity. Beyond corporate advisory, he is a leading voice on South Asian history and heritage conservation. As a passion project, his storytelling and historical research have earned him speaking invitations at key cultural platforms, including the Lahore Literary Festival, ThinkFest, and IAPEX, among others.
