A leadership and influence program for Zong’s DICT teams, blending strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration.
The challenge
Zong’s DICT function was scaling fast, and its managers needed to lead with more influence, communicate across teams with clarity, and turn technical depth into commercial impact. The brief was to build practical leadership capability that would hold up under real delivery pressure, not another one-off workshop.
Our approach
We began with an empathy-led diagnostic to understand the team’s day-to-day realities, then designed a tailored program grounded in adult-learning principles and behavioural science. Interactive sessions, live scenarios, and hands-on exercises helped participants sharpen strategic thinking, strengthen communication, and practise leading with influence rather than authority.
The outcome
Participants left with a shared language for leadership and a toolkit they could apply immediately, from framing decisions to aligning cross-functional teams. The program strengthened Zong DICT’s leadership bench and reinforced a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.
